The structure of the air drill is composed of a handle body, a press handle, a cylinder, a head, a push rod, etc. The pressure gas enters the pressure handle by the gas pipe connection joint and enters the cylinder for gas adjustment, and then is adjusted by the push rod into impact rotation or simple impact, so as to achieve impact or rotation.

Instructions for use of octagon sand drill:

Add lubricating oil before work, unscrew the screw plug of handle soil to refuel. After blowing the air duct, connect it with the machine. The air pressure should be 0.5 ~ 0.6Mpa. The thrust should be appropriate when drilling. Excessive thrust will reduce the number of drill pipe revolutions and affect the work efficiency. Insufficient thrust, machine jumping, but also affect the efficiency, and easy to damage the drilling tool. The thrust can be adjusted by the size of the handle grip.

Method of using octagon sand drill:

Before drilling, mark the position of the hole on the wall with a pencil or chalk, impact the center of the hole with a center punch, and then choose a straight, sharp, non-destructive impact drill with the same aperture; Open the clamp, insert the drill to the end, and tighten the clamp with the key; Select the appropriate drilling rate. Use low speed for large aperture and high speed for small aperture. When drilling hard walls and stones, the impact attachment of the hammer drill should be connected; Grasp the hammer drill with both hands, push the drill tip into the crater impacted by the center punch, so that the drill bit and the wall form a 90° Angle.

Before operation, check whether the power supply is consistent with the conventional rated 220V voltage on the power tool, so as to avoid misconnecting to the 380V power supply;

The wire of octagon sand drill should be protected well. It is strictly prohibited to drag the wire all over the ground to prevent rolling and cutting, and it is not allowed to drag the wire into the oil water to prevent the oil water from corroding the wire. When the octagonal sand drill replaces the drill bit, the special wrench and the bit lock key should be used to prevent the use of non-special tools to knock the hammer drill. Start the air drill, apply even force in the direction of drilling, and keep the drill bit perpendicular to the wall at all times. Remove the bit from time to time during drilling to remove cuttings; To measure the depth of the hole, a thin hard rod can be stretched to the bottom of the hole, marked on the rod, and then the hard rod is removed to measure the hole depth.
